Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped with La Lune’s own delivery service, SENDLE and AUSTRALIA POST. A signature is not required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within Australia unless otherwise stated. In the event that there is no one at the residence to accept the delivery, our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location; the order will be redelivered at a later date.

  1. For the user in Sydney that is eligible for 2-hour express delivery, we will process your in 30 minutes, and is only eligible for the order submitted between 12pm to 2am.
  1. The two-hour express delivery service is only available within specific areas of Sydney. For detailed information about our service areas, you will be ask to validate in your shopping cart before check out.
  1. Due to peak traffic periods, orders placed between 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm may have an extended delivery time of up to three hours. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please be aware of potential delays during these hours.
  1. In rare cases, due to force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc. We may be unable to deliver within the promised two-hour timeframe. In such instances, we will notify you as soon as possible and endeavor to complete the delivery in the shortest possible time.

Standard Shipping Terms

  • Dispatch Guarantee: We commit to dispatching all standard shipping orders within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Cut-off Time for Same-Day Dispatch: To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 3 PM daily. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following morning.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Express Shipping Terms

  • Dispatch Guarantee: For express shipping orders, we guarantee same-day dispatch.
  • Cut-off Time for Same-Day Dispatch: Orders must be completed before 2 PM daily to be eligible for same-day dispatch.
  • Geographical Limitation: The express shipping timeframe is applicable exclusively within Australia. International shipping times may vary and are subject to different criteria.
  • International Shipping: For customers requiring shipping outside of Australia, please note that transit times will differ. We recommend contacting our customer service or emailing us at info@lalune.com.au for specific information regarding international shipping.
  • Priority Processing: Express shipping orders receive priority processing to ensure rapid dispatch.
  • Tracking and Support: All express shipping orders come with tracking information. Our customer support team is available to assist with any inquiries related to the delivery status.

For customer that place the order outside Sydney, we will process your order within 48 hours, if you need to adjust your order due to wrong address or contact details during this period, please email: info@lalune.com.au as soon as possible. We are not taking any responsibility or changes once the order is being processed, we will continue to dispatch accordingly.

For pre-order items, it will take up to 7-10 working days in processing and delivery time. It will be clearly mark on the description section for these items.

We will always do our best to make sure to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible, however, we take no responsibility for the delay that is out of our control, such as bank holidays, severe weather, and/or courier delays. We will notice you immediately if any of these happen via email.
