RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At La Lune Internation Pty Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product and we want to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Product quality faulty or incorrect items.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in unused and unwashed condition. No signs on the item such as perfume, makeup, tan, dirt, or other stains.
  • Original tags must be attached and has not been retagged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify and refund you the total amount of your order to the original method of payment.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and other purposes, other than product quality or incorrect items reasons we are not able to accept returns/refunds for the following:

  • Wrong size been purchased.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been damaged or altered after purchase.

 

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lalune.com.au or online customer service teams.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you the delivery information and kindly requests you to delivery back the item(s) you are returning.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to product quality reasons.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

 

Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item and, depending on the circumstances, provide a replacement or a refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
